We offer free UK Mainland standard shipping on all orders over £25

 

Locations*

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We will deliver to BFPO address.   We also deliver to the EU and other international destinations. 

*We reserve the right not to deliver to PO Box numbers, schools place of worship or prisons.

 

Tracking

All UK purchases can be fully tracked, we'll send you a tracking link for your order as soon as we dispatch it.  If you request a parcel to be left outside, in a safe place or somewhere other than being delivered to you in person at the address given, we can not be held liable for the safe delivery of your package and will not be able to refund you for tampering of the parcle, damage or theft.

 

Discreet Packaging

All our packages are plain and discreet, with no branding visible. Discretion is as important to us as it is to you. We will not reference "It's About The Man","Condoms" "Sex Toys" or any other description that may be related to sex toys or personal items.

 

Dispatch

Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Thursday will not be processed until the following day.   Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) on a Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday morning as our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday or a Sunday.  All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, subject to being in stock.  Made to order items will be dispatched usually within 2 weeks, we will notify you when they are ready to be dispatched.

 

MADE TO ORDER

Made to order products will be marked as such on our website.  Made to order products will only be shipped within the UK.  These items take up to two weeks to make, we will contact you by email to confirm you are aware of the product sizes and shipping details.

Items that are marked made to order are exempt from being returned, they are especially made for your order.  All products are photographed before leaving the warehouse and well packaged to protect both customer and It's About The Man.

If you are ordering a Made to Order product and it is faulty then we will naturally provide a refund. 

Before ordering a Made to Order item, please check all dimensions, sizes, colours and space requirements.

 

Delivery Types & Costs

Standard Delivery - £4.95

All orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

 

Express Delivery - £6.95

All orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock being available.  Your order will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Split Deliveries 

Many of our items are stocked in different warehouses across the UK.  Some items from your order may come in separate boxes.  All UK orders are tracked and you will be notified of each shipments tracking code.

 

EU Orders - £15.00 | USA Orders - £20.00 | Rest Of World - £30.00

All orders sent outside of UK will be sent in 1 package, this may mean there is a slight delay in dispatch as we have different items in different warehouses.   Most items are sent tracked, however not all international couriers obtain proof of delivery.   We therefore advise, we will send goods and will provide tracking information where possible.  Due to varying postal service policies in different countries we will not be held liable for loss, damage or tampering of any parcel that you purchase once the parcel leaves the UK.

European orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days of dispatch and international orders 7-10 working days of dispatch.

 

Please note EU and International Orders may be subject to customs checks and levies.   Please note these checks may delay the arrival of your order.  Any customs levies payable are the responsibility of the customer and not It's About The Man.  All customs documentation is completed in line with the UK Customs and Excise requirements.  

 

Please note:

• When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.
• If you decide to order again, delivery charges will apply as normal.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are legal in the country of delivery.
• It's About The Man is not responsible for any orders delayed by incorrect information given at checkout, so please ensure you enter all information correctly.

  

STOCKED ITEMS

STOCKED ITEMS It's About The Man website accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 14 days. All we ask is that these products are unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate. Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged up to14 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product specification. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered. In all cases, you will need to contact us by email to tell us the details of your return and be issued with a returns number. Please do not send items to us before seeking a returns number. You can then post the item back to us, please don’t forget to fill in and include the return slip in your parcel. This will ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible. Please note return postage is the customers responsibility and we are unable to refund it. We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned without proof of delivery and a tracking number. Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you. Lingerie, latex clothing, slings, leather clothing, sex toys and consumables are exempt from your right to return regardless if they have been opened, used or worn or remain sealed. This includes, but is not limited to: Lubricant Massage Oils Lubricants Condoms Room Aromas Balms Creams Underwear Latex underwear and clothing Leather underwear and clothing Leather slings We cannot accept any sex toy / intimate adult product regardless if it is still sealed, has been used, worn or placed on your genitals or opened. All products are photographed before leaving the warehouse and well packaged to protect both customer and It's About The Man. If you are ordering a Made to Order product and it is faulty then we will naturally provide a refund. Before ordering a Made to Order item, please check all dimensions, sizes, colours and space requirements. As a refund refusal often offends and we don't want to loose a valued customer. Please also note prior to processing your order and making it, we will contact you to confirm all of the measurements, only when we hear back from you will we put your item into production. THE REFUND Please note that returned items will be checked for signs of usage and/or wear. Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged up to 14 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product specification. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, where a return is accepted after 30 days we will issue you credit on the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, if your refund is being issued as a credit, this will show on your account as soon as your refund is processed.
