It's About The Man website accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 14 days.
All we ask is that these products are unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate. Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged up to14 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product specification. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
In all cases, you will need to contact us by email to tell us the details of your return and be issued with a returns number. Please do not send items to us before seeking a returns number.
You can then post the item back to us, please don’t forget to fill in and include the return slip in your parcel. This will ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible. Please note return postage is the customers responsibility and we are unable to refund it.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned without proof of delivery and a tracking number.
Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you. Lingerie, latex clothing, slings, leather clothing, sex toys and consumables are exempt from your right to return regardless if they have been opened, used or worn or remain sealed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Lubricant Massage Oils
- Room Aromas
- Latex underwear and clothing
- Leather underwear and clothing
- Leather slings
- We cannot accept any sex toy / intimate adult product regardless if it is still sealed, has been used, worn or placed on your genitals or opened.
- Underwear subscription items
- Man Box - Sex toy Subscriptions.
MADE TO ORDER RETURNS
Items that are marked made to order are exempt from being returned, they are especially made for your order. All products are photographed before leaving the warehouse and well packaged to protect both customer and It's About The Man.
If you are ordering a Made to Order product and it is faulty then we will naturally provide a refund.
Before ordering a Made to Order item, please check all dimensions, sizes, colours and space requirements. As a refund refusal often offends and we don't want to loose a valued customer. Please also note prior to processing your order and making it, we will contact you to confirm all of the measurements, only when we hear back from you will we put your item into production.
Please note that returned items will be checked for signs of usage and/or wear. Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged up to 14 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product specification.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, where a return is accepted after 30 days we will issue you credit on the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, if your refund is being issued as a credit, this will show on your account as soon as your refund is processed.
