Place your order before 12:00pm Monday to Friday and we'll aim to deliver it by 8pm within 3 to 5 working days. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your order. A signature may be required.
Please note that our delivery service WILL be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. No Deliveries are made on Bank holiday Monday.
Express Delivery - £8
Place your order before 12:00pm Monday to Sunday and we’ll aim to deliver it by 8pm the next day, excluding bank holidays (please note not all products are available for Next Day Delivery). Please allow a further 1-2 days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
All purchases can be fully tracked, so we’ll send you a tracking link for your order and an option of changing the delivery date. A signature may be required.
Bank Holiday & Business Deliveries
Please note that our delivery service WILL be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. No Deliveries are made on Bank holiday Monday.
Deliveries requested to non-residential addresses, or houses with multiple occupants, are made at the customer’s own risk and It's About The Man will not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred.
EU / USA Delivery - £15.00 | International Delivery - £15.00
Place your order before 12:00pm Monday to Friday and we'll aim to deliver it by 8pm within 10 working days. All orders sent outside of UK will be sent in 1 package, this may mean there is a slight delay in dispatch as we have different items in different warehouses.
All items are sent tracked we will provide tracking information where possible.
We recommend for international deliveries our international service, please select the country required at checkout. It’s About The Man will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items if a freight forwarder has been used and they have accepted delivery.

Your privacy is of paramount importance to us and we never disclose the details of your order with anyone.
All our packages are plain and discreet, with no branding visible. Discretion is as important to us as it is to you. We will not reference "It's About The Man","Condoms" "Sex Toys" or any other description that may be related to sex toys or personal items.
Dispatch
Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Thursday will not be processed until the following day.
Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) on a Friday, will be processed the following Monday. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, subject to being in stock.
Made to order items will be dispatched in line with the the delivery stated in the product description, we will notify you when they are ready to be dispatched.
Import Charges & Customs
We are required to mark packages discretely according to standard international codes. For example’, sex toys are marked ‘novelty toys’. Sadly we have no control over import duties for international orders, and can neither predict what they will be nor take responsibility for the charges.
All customs documentation is completed in line with the UK Customs and Excise requirements.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We also deliver internationally to selected countries, at checkout you will see the countries we deliver to.
Can I add a different delivery address to my order?
Yes, you can have your goods delivered to an address in the UK that is different to your billing address. When you reach the 'Delivery Address' section of the checkout process, simply click on 'Add a new address'.
Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?
Your order can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to send items to several addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Do you deliver to Post Office boxes or BFPO addresses?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box numbers, we will deliver to armed service address, but will not be responsible for safe delivery as our courier services are not able to provide signatures. Prior to your order being sent we will contact you to confirm you accept all liability for an order not turning up to a military address.
Can I track my Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email from our delivery company with tracking details.
From midnight that night, you will be able to track the progress of your order by following the link provided, which will take you to our delivery company’s website.
Please note, we may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.
