All our packages are plain and discreet, with no branding visible. Discretion is important to us because it's important to you. We will not reference "It's About The Man", "Sex Toy" or any other description related to products designed for adults.
All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box or unbranded foil/jiffy bag.
If you select next day before 13:00 you will receive your order the next working day. If you have chosen Free Standard shipping your items are usually dispatched within 3 working days, but please allow 5 working days.
It's About The Man website accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days. Please check our returns policy before returning anything and contact us for an authorisation code and the correct address to send goods to.
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, or 6 days overdue including weekends/ bank holidays, then please Contact Us and we will investigate. To help us process this as quickly as possible, please make sure you add your order number to your email.
We do not refund your delivery costs, unless an item is faulty.
Some sex toys run on batteries, try some new ones as the old ones my have run out. Some toys will drain batteries if you leave them in while not in use, so always take batteries out when you put your toy away. Check the batteries are correctly inserted, and read the instructions to ensure you've put the batteries in the right way round. Some vibrators, especially bullets, are supplied with the batteries already inserted. These often have a small paper or plastic disc in the battery compartment that needs to be removed before you can turn the toy on. The disk is there to stop the toy turning on while it's in transit. They also might be wrapped in a clear plastic seal, the toy will not work while the seal on the batteries is in place, so you'll need to carefully remove it.
Make sure you have charged your toy for the recommended time. Double-check the instructions - a rechargeable toy normally has a light that flashes during charging and a solid light to indicate that it is fully charged. Make sure that you have the correct charging cable for your toy.
Only one promotional code can be used per order, if you have more than one promotional code you may need to place separate orders.
If you are having an issue with your promotion code please remember only one promotional code can be used per order, this also includes multi-buy items. If you are still unsure why your code is not working please contact us.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
The currency converter on our website is purely for comparison. Depending on the current conversion rates, you may be charged a slightly different amount than what’s calculated on our website by your card provider.
If you are logged-in or create an account during the purchase you will be able to view your orders by logging in to the My Accounts section of the website.
All of our underwear subscriptions cost £20 a month.
We send all subscriptions on the 1st Working Day of the Month.
We take payment for all subscriptions on the 15th of the month.
When you subscribe, we will send you a link to manage your subscription, you can log in at any time and cancel or amend your subscription. Alternatively you can email us at and we can cancel it for you.

In order to cancel your subscription please ensure you do so before the 15th of the month. Cancellations after the 15 of the month will take affect the following month.
Our subscriptions continue running until you cancel them.
On rare occasions, your payment may have been declined or your subscription may have been returned to us.
We will have tried to contact you to sort the problem, but may have had no luck. In this instance we would stop the subscription to protect everybody.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on subscription items.
